This 51-unit condominium hotel is located in the Deep Creek Lake resort area in the mountains of western Maryland. Allegheny Restoration was a member of the development team as well as performing as Construction Manager. The project was built through 2005-2006 and was designed by JDA Design Architects of Minneapolis, MN.
